Every project begins with the design phase. Level 1 design uses elements of existing artglass you choose from our decorator line as seen on www.buysci.com

Versatility

This is a one time charge per design. Any number of art glass panels of the same size can be made from this design. In all cases we can mirror the art for use in side by side doors. In some cases, we can scale the art to fit other glass openings in your project.

A line art design to fit your glass size specifications, is generated for your approval. We're ready to go!

Project Design Level 2

Truly Original Artwork

Level 2 Design is the creation of original artwork. We can work off of art, photos, drawings that you provide, or create art based upon your instructions.

Fee Structure

The design fee for a Level 2 project begins with 4 hours of design, research and artists time. Each additional hour is billed at the contracted rate.

Begin with your door dimensions. Artglass panels are 1/4" thick and need a 3/8" rabbet edge. Panels will be 1/4" smaller than the opening to allow for expansion.

Choose a design or features of designs that you like from our decorator line shown on buysci.com (Project Level 1) or have us develop truly original artwork (Project Level 2).

The design features you want are redrawn to fit your door dimensions. Line art is then created for your approval.
